
14 company is based in and around the Croydon area and is part of South West London Army Cadet Force.
This page is a simple way for parents and guardians to pay for cadets upcoming events and activities.
Please read the description at the bottom of the event before making your payment.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EVENT IS BY INVITE ONLY DUE TO LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE ON CAMP. Cadets must have been invited by their Detachment Commander.
Dates - 06 June 2025 until 08 June 2025
Location- Longmoor Training Area
Cost - £8.00 per cadet. For cadets who are in receipt of free school meals, there is a another payment option you should use.
Refund policy - Should you pay and your cadets subsequently can not attend, please be aware there is a no refund policy and no transfer policy for this event. This includes cadet who have paid and can not make the camp any longer, if they miss the coach or who are sent home from the camp early.
Consent & Medical forms - Cadets MUST bring the forms with them 14 Company HQ Friday evening in order to board the coach. Cadets who do not bring their forms with them will not be allowed on the transport and no refund will be given.
Please ensure medical conditions and dietary requirements are clearly recorded on the consent forms. If a cadet has recently made changes to the dietary requirements, they need to inform their DC asap so our system can be updated.
Travel - 14 Company HQ, Mitcham Road ARC, Croydon Friday at 1845hrs
Return to same location, Sunday at 1415hrs

Please note - The MOD/ACF insurance covers injury whilst on training, it does not cover personal property. Participants should ensure they are suitably covered by insurance by an addition to their home contents insurance or a separate holiday insurance for this event.
