Cadet who does not have a completed consent form into their Det Comd by the 17 Jul 25 will not be permitted to attend.

Location - Longmoor Training Camp

What - Basic, 1*, 2* , 3*, 4* and Post 4* cadres.

Cost - £75.00 per cadet. All payments must be received NLT 21.00 on 17 July 2025. Cadets will not be accepted onto the event after that time. For cadets who are in receipt of free school meals, there is a subsidised payment option available (see other Annual Camp 2025 -Messing Exemption - free school meals event).

Cadet Eligibility All Cadets, including Basics, are approved to attend camp. Any Cadet who turns 18 years of age before the start of annual camp may not attend. Any Cadet who turns 18 years during Annual Camp may attend for the duration of camp. They will be discharged at the end of camp.

Refund policy - Should you pay and your cadets subsequently can not attend, please be aware there is a no refund policy and no transfer policy for this event. This includes cadet who miss the coach or who are sent home from the camp early.

Consent forms - Forms for this event can be collected from the detachment. Forms must be fully completed and returned to the detachment commander by 17 July 2025. Please ensure forms are completed with a good level of detail.

Timings to be confirmed on the letters.

Kit List - Detachment staff will brief cadets about what kit/equipment is needed prior to the event. There is also a kit list as part of the letter pack.
Cadets must ensure they have adequate boots for camp.

Please note - The MOD/ACF insurance covers injury whilst on training, it does not cover personal property. Participants should ensure they are suitably covered by insurance by an addition to their home contents insurance or a separate holiday insurance for this event.
