Must have attended the planning session held on 06 May at SHQ Clapham Junction (1900-2130hrs). If you fail to attend this planning session and you are taken off the course, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Cost - £15.00 per cadet.

Refund policy - Should you pay and your cadets subsequently can not attend, please be aware there is a no refund policy and no transfer policy for this event. This includes cadet who miss the coach or who are sent home from the camp early. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, refunds will only be issued on request.
If you request a refund due to mis-payment while booking is open, you will be liable for a £1 admin fee which is charged to us from Ecwid.

Consent forms - Cadets MUST bring the forms with them on the first day. Cadets who do not bring their forms with them will not be allowed on the transport. Please ensure medical conditions and dietary requirements are clearly recorded on the consent forms. If a cadet has recently made changes to the dietary requirements, they need to inform their DC asap so our system can be updated.

Travel - Cadets will need to report and get picked up. All details and timings are on the Joining Instructions (Cadet Portal, on the event)

Please note - The MOD/ACF insurance covers injury whilst on training, it does not cover personal property. Participants should ensure they are suitably covered by insurance by an addition to their home contents insurance or a separate holiday insurance for this event.
